AFETIVIDADE, CULTURA E APRENDIZAGEM: UMA REFLEXÃO ETNOMATEMÁTICA

Abstract
This reflective essay is the result of a doctoral study that sought to discuss the scope of the topics that discuss about basic learning needs; attention to learning and a learning environment as defined by the Education for All Project (EFA). The text also refers to the repercussions of the project on the ideals of a Mathematics Education for All (EMPT) in conjunction with Brazilian Africanness, which is expressed in the determinations of Law 10.639/03, in resolution MEC 01/2004, as well as the transformations of Acts and pedagogical actions. In order to do so, it will be taken as contribution the studies of the Psychology of Education and Social on perverse inclusion and Ethnomathematics on learning and teaching in cultural environments. All this reflection occurs with the purpose to attending to the specificities of the Brazilian black population, not contemplated in school education.
