A BRIEF TEST ABOUT CULTURAL CRITICISM IN THE BLACK PRESS OF SÃO PAULO: YESTERDAY AND TODAY

Abstract
The present study aims to argue how blacks organized themselves into collectives that structure he social insertion of this group through the black press in the state of São Paulo, through the publication of mass print and electronic publishing. The article traces the history of the black print of São Paulo, from the nineteenth century, reaching the new millennium, with the representation of current media such as the Geledés that seek to constitute as a space for production of thought, in which the Negro is treated with dignity and that quantitatively mirrors its hegemonic presence in Brazilian society.
