Abstract

From the writing of black authors and their intellectual formations that take a position contrary to Western thought of Eurocentric influence. For this, an example of writing that is against the hegemonic aesthetic effect, we compare the literary works Abdias do Nascimento’s (1914-2011) Sortilégio II: mistério negro de Zumbi redivivo (1979) and Manuel Zapata Olivella’s (1920-2004) Changó, el gran putas (1983).  The authors of these works, viewed as intellectuals, have rebel’s positions, like conscious of heterogeneous voices that inhabit the Afro-Latin World and they put those voices as part of the aesthetics of their texts. In this way, the authors propose a literary writing of African ancestry as another episteme that can also be visualized in the Latin American literary tradition.
