Abstract
This article intend to discuss how Science builds discursive and social practices that oppress the black population under the discourse of miscegenation and racial democracy. From the New Studies of Pragmatic, in a language perspective oriented to the social and political world, we will make some considerations about how this speech hinders an affirmation of black intellectuality in Brazilian Academy.
