HEALTH AND NUTRITION IN QUILOMBOLA COMMUNITIES: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract
This study aimed to know the research on quilombola communities and, for that purpose, were analyzed in the literature works that interspersed the themes of health education, nutritional status and Group with Ancestors of the African Continent. This is an literature review, carried out with eight articles published in the period from 2010 to 2019, available in the Lilacs, PubMED and SciELO databases. The selected articles were cataloged and identified by title, author, database, year of publication, location, type of study, intervention and main results. It was found that the productions mostly focus on biological care, contradicting the elementary bases of holistic care.
