HUMAN RELATIONS IN PLANETARY DYNAMICS: WHAT HUMANITY DO WE TALK ABOUT?
Main Article Content
Abstract
The work Policies of Enmity, published in Brazil in 2017, by the philosopher and teacher Achille Mbembe, sheds light on the current relationship between beings in the planetary dynamics. However, the author points out that liberal democracies, the result of slavery and the colonial regime, produced political regimes that they do not recognize, nor guarantee the rights of all humans without distinction. The society of enmity was created, founded on fear, terror and war. To understand and overcome it, it is necessary to look at the vast work of Frantz Fanon, subject in the world, in order to establish forms of ruptures with the re-presentation of reality based on the imaginary and racialized structure, seeking to think of it as language , memory and history. The indivisible history of the whole world.
