Dear Readers,
Despite all of the difficulties management faces that begins, it is with joy and enthusiasm that we present more this issue of the Journal of the ABPN. Two reasons are consistent: the courage to face the challenges and ongoing belief in the ability of human beings, subject knowledge they produce and are fighting for their ideals and projects. The continuity of the Journal of the ABPN is our assurance of maintaining its proposal balizadora: publish original articles of scientific-technical nature, resulting from studies and experiences that can contribute to new theoretical perspectives and academic as well as practical interest of the black population, by viewing black intellectuals / who tirelessly fight for the dissemination of knowledge. We thank the employees - referees, authors, translators, publishers, webmaster, Editorial Board, Advisory Council, Board and other team members and partners - that allowed the release of this issue and its continuity, as well as each researcher.
