LITERATURA INFANTIL QUILOMBOLA UMA REFLEXÃO NECESSÁRIA
Main Article Content
Abstract
This essay aims to discuss the articulation between literary production aimed at children and the production of quilombola peoples. It is about expanding the discussion of the role of children's literature and the correlation with the subjects, in this case, the quilombola subject. In dialogue with Costa, Pereira and Dias (2022), Debus (2021), Araújo (2018) who have been discussing children's literature and ethnic-racial relations, we propose to deal with what we call Quilombola Children's Literature. In this sense, we seek to reference what type of literature this is, how it is being produced and who is producing it. The initial study indicates that there are still few titles that can be considered as part of this category, but they are of fundamental importance and are in line with the perspective of the National Curricular Guidelines for Quilombola School Education (2012).
